iTally Third-Party Software Notices
iTally incorporates the third-party open-source software listed below. Each component is used and redistributed under the terms of its own license. The full license texts are provided in the documents linked in each section; the desktop app also includes its document, available from the launcher menu (Open-Source Licenses).
LGPL Components: JavaScriptCore, WebKit and tinycc
The iTally Server in the desktop app is a single executable produced with bun build --compile. It contains the Bun runtime, version 1.4.4, which is licensed under the MIT License. Bun statically links JavaScriptCore and WebKit, which are licensed under the GNU Library General Public License, version 2 (LGPL-2.0), and tinycc, which is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 (LGPL-2.1).
Corresponding source code: Bun 1.4.4; JavaScriptCore and WebKit as modified by the Bun project, oven-sh/WebKit@d6375c72affe; tinycc as modified by the Bun project, oven-sh/tinycc@05f0fafaa3be.
Relinking: You may modify these libraries and relink the iTally Server with the modified libraries for your own use, and reverse engineer the iTally Server to debug such modifications. The materials for relinking come with the desktop app, in the relink folder next to its license document: the iTally Server's JavaScript bundle, the modules substituted at build time, the macOS signing entitlements, and step-by-step instructions.
Written offer: For at least three (3) years after Quick High Definition last distributes a given version of iTally, Quick High Definition will give any recipient of that version, upon request, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code of the libraries listed above, as used in that version, for a charge no more than the cost of physically performing this distribution. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
